Blocked drains & toilets
Cleared fast, fixed for good
Sinks, showers, toilets and sewer lines. We clear the blockage with a machine, then put a camera down the line so you find out why it blocked — not just that it's moving again today.
What we fix
Every kind of blocked drain
From a slow kitchen sink to a sewer line full of tree roots — if water isn't getting away, we can get it moving again, and tell you why it stopped in the first place.
Kitchen sinks
Grease, food and soap build-ups — cleared and flushed so the water runs free.
Bathrooms
Basins, showers and floor wastes — hair and soap scum are the usual suspects.
Toilets
Overflowing or barely flushing — cleared without wrecking the pan or the floor.
Sewer lines & mains
Smells, gurgling and slow emptying everywhere — a property-wide problem, not a fixture problem.
Tree roots in the line
Cleared with the right tool, then checked so we can tell you whether a patch or a reline is the honest fix.
Camera inspection
After every clearing we camera the line, so you see the cause — and we never guess at the fix.
How a blocked drain job goes
Most blockages are one visit: clear it, flush it, camera it, tell you what caused it. If the line needs a permanent fix — a patch, a section of reline, or clearing on a schedule — you'll get a fixed price and an honest recommendation before anything extra starts.
Why does my drain keep blocking?
A drain that blocks repeatedly is telling you something. The usual causes are tree roots in the line, a collapsed or misaligned pipe, or years of build-up that the plunger never really shifted. That's exactly why we camera the line after clearing — the camera shows the cause, and the cause decides whether the fix is a clear-out or a repair.
Do you really put a camera down the line?
Yes. After the blockage is cleared we run a camera through so you can see the inside of your drain. You get to watch, you get an honest read on the state of the line, and nothing is recommended that the camera didn't back up.
Can you clear tree roots out of the sewer?
Yes — we clear roots with the right machine, then camera the line to see how much damage they've done. Sometimes a good clearing is the honest fix; if the line is broken or heavily invaded, we'll tell you what a permanent fix costs and how long it lasts.
Is it going to wreck the garden?
We work from the outside access points wherever possible, and we tell you before anything changes on the surface. If the line needs excavating, you'll know the plan before we start digging.
It's backing up right now?
Stop using that fixture and call — we're on 24 hours a day, seven days a week, right across Sydney.
