24/7 emergency

Burst pipe at 2am? We're awake.

24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You get a plumber on the phone and a plumber at the door — not a message bank.

What we treat as an emergency

If water is doing damage, it's an emergency

The rule of thumb: if it can wait until morning, it's not an emergency. If it's flooding, overflowing, or going to keep costing you money until it's fixed — it is.

  • Burst & leaking pipes

Active water where it shouldn't be — the classic middle-of-the-night call.

  • Overflowing toilets

Blocked and backing up, with guests arriving or worse — one call fixes the Sunday morning panic.

  • Major blockages

Sewer lines backing into the house are damage-in-progress, not a job for the morning.

  • No hot water

Not life-threatening, but we treat it as urgent — nobody should be washing in cold water.

  • Leaking hot water units

A tank leaking from the casing is usually on its last legs — we'll confirm honestly.

  • Gas smells

Gas is never a wait-until-morning job — see the guidance below and call.

While you wait

Turn the water off at the mains — usually a tap at the front of the property near the meter. If water is near power points or the switchboard, don't touch it, and turn the power off at the board if it's safe to reach. If you can smell gas, turn it off at the meter, open windows, get everyone out, and call the national gas emergency line on 1800 427 532 — then us.

What counts as an emergency?

If water is doing or about to do damage — flooding, overflowing, a burst pipe, a sewer backing up — it's an emergency. If you're unsure, call anyway and ask; you'll get a straight answer either way.

How fast can you get here?

We'll give you a real arrival window when you call, and we'll let you know if anything changes. Right across Sydney metro, any hour.

Do you charge more at night?

Call 0452 207 427 and we'll tell you straight — before anyone leaves the house, you'll know what the call costs.

What should I do while I wait?

Kill the water at the mains if it's flooding, keep power points dry, and if it's a gas smell — off at the meter, windows open, everyone out, and 1800 427 532 first.

Water going where it shouldn't?

Turn it off at the mains, then call. We're on 24 hours a day, seven days a week, right across Sydney — including 2am on a Sunday.
